CBRE's Adam Devlin-Brown and Patrick Hughes (celebrating the completion of major renovations at their building, 11 S. LaSalle) are joined by Strata Contractors' Rhett Ledford. The makeover included a new lobby, corridor and bathroom renovations, and sprinkler system; the facade had been behind scaffolding since 2004. Rhett's company does the renovations at Wrigley and donated a brick from the field as an auction prize. Though why there was a brick on the field escapes us. This isn't Philadelphia after a loss. | |
