BOMA Suburban Chicago named its Outstanding Building of the Year winners recently (we just got the pics off our camera, don't ask). NAI Hiffman Asset Management took the trophy for under 100k SF, for Summit Oaks, a Class-B building in Oakbrook Terrace. In the 100k to 250k SF weight class, Colliers International’s Corporate Lakes III won the laurels.

For properties of 250k to 500k SF, the winner was One Rotary Center, managed by Cushman & Wakefield of Illinois. It's a LEED-EB gold Class-A structure, besides being the world HQ for Rotary International. Attracting about 2,000 visitors yearly from around the world creates unique management challenges, the company says. In the MOB category, HSA Prime Care won for the Silver Cross Health Center, Pavilion B.
