The Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago has acquired Golub?s parcel at 630 N. McClurg Court, and Golub has acquired RIC?s parcel at the corner of Ohio St. and McClurg Ct in Streeterville. We're told Golub and its partner Alcion Ventures  are saving the land, near Golub's new multifamily developments The Streeter  and Streeter Place, potentially for another residential building. RIC's land near Erie and McClurg was formerly the site of CBS Tower, torn down to make way for a new development. No truth to the rumor Golub got too far into the swapping spirit by throwing in a Ryne Sandberg rookie card.
