ProLogis leased more than 250k-SF of industrial space to Roosevelt Paper Company in the second quarter, including Alsip Distribution Center, Building One, above, one of eight nearby ProLogis leases. First VP John Picchiotti says the area is attractive because of its proximity to I-294, I-57, and the intersection of all six of the nation's major rail lines. Good for deals; bad for sleeping through the night without blaring horns. |
