| We snapped the Burham Ballroom, with its original glass-domed ceiling on a tour with JW Marriott's Tara Eastlee. The $396M renovation of the 610-key hotel began in 2008. The DiLeonardo and Lucien Lagrange- designed renovation includes the 20k SF Valeo spa, a new restaurant—the Florentine—created by DC-based BLT Restaurant Group, and a lounge for sushi, flatbreads, cocktails, and more. It's also home to 36 meeting rooms. | |

Twenty-six 960 SF luxury suites feature living rooms and bar areas for guests. Prime Realty Trust owns the building, one of a few hotels in the financial district. |
