Making an Entrance
ServCorp's Angela Doehmer and Kelsey Balk
You might not have heard of Australian serviced office provider ServCorp, but that's because it's only been in the US for seven months. The company, founded in 1978, made its US debut at two of Chicago's new landmark buildings this year—155 N. Wacker in March and 300 N. LaSalle over the summer—and plans to have 22 centers open across the country by year end. We stopped by the 16k SF  on the  42nd floor of the new landmark building to talk with office managers Angela Doemel  and  Kelsey Balk. Kelsey manages the 5k SF of offices Servcorp leases at 300 N. LaSalle. Each office has an IT expert in house, as well as an administrative assistant who can handle a client's virtual office needs if they are out of the country or want calls forwarded to a cell or home office.
