| Bisnow's Chicago Healthcare Summit drew in 275, some of whom weren't even in healthcare. We snapped SmithGroup's Candace Say, Circle Realty Advisor's Jean Meilinger, W.E. O'Neil's Joanne Haerle, and SmithGroup's Rana Lee schmoozing after the panel. Jean shared with us that Circle just won a new property management assignment for a 66k SF office building at 745 McClintock in Burr Ridge. Joanne says W.E. O'Neil is building a new daycare center and parking structure for Northwestern Memorial Hospital. |

On hand to see their colleagues speaking, we snapped Trammell Crow's Tim Lobner and Jason Stone Olt with CBRE's Finley Brown. Tim has spent a lot of time working on project management assignments for Block 37 lately but is gearing up for the potential development of 301 S Wacker. TCC is trying to pre-lease and finance the tower, and Tim says he's confident it'll be built. |
