Cushman & Wakefield is celebrating the one-year anniversary of its Next Generation program, where up-and-comers at the firm come together bi-weekly. C&W's Becki Marchel, Melanie Bath,and Jamie Kishel have recently helped organize community events, volunteering at a senior housing charity and a charter school. Jamie even rappelled 28 stories down the Wit Hotel to raise money for respiratory disease. (Unfortunately, the money had to be spent on therapy for observers.) | |
They were joined by C&W's Aaron Block, John Ozog, Jordan Rovito, and Michael Golichowski, who attended a panel of Cushman veterans on how to network internally to make the most out of the company. The guys said they learned to use the valuation department to assist in both buying and selling. |
