CBRE'S NEW BIG KAHUNA

| As CBRE restructures its nationwide leadership team to add a central division, it has named Jack Durburg president and Chris Connelly as executive managing director and Chicago regional market leader. Chris has worked at CBRE for eight years and helped integrate the Insignia and Trammell Crow teams into the Chicago office, which he tells us gave him a good perspective on CBRE's roots and how it has evolved. Chris was heavily involved with the tenant rep team before being promoted. Chris says the first order of business will be to fill a couple of managing director positions that are open due to the promotions—he's looking for just the right people to take CBRE to the next level. When he's not at the office, you can find Chris out on the water: he was a professional bass fisherman for 10 years. |
