Big Ten as Developer
Studley managing director Robert Sevim
Sure the Big Ten Conference is about football, but it’s also a developer that next month will start to build its new $15M, 50k SF HQ in Rosemont, it announced on Monday. Ten minutes from its current location, its new home will be in MB Financial Park, which the village is developing, explains Conference advisor and Studley managing director Robert Sevim. The Conference locked up one of the last remaining development parcels in the complex that will have about 200k SF of retail surrounding a public park. The Big Ten project will give the Conference a great facility and be an added attraction for the new park, says Robert, himself a Big Ten alum.
