| The 1981 Helmut Jahn building is the latest in a string of CBD towers to go on the market. Jones Lang LaSalle's Bruce Miller, Jim Postweiler, Jascint Vukelich, and Nooshin Felsenthal are marketing the 800k SF, 40-story building for LaSalle Investment Management. It's 76% leased, which leaves lots of upside for potential investors, Bruce says. Plus it's LEED Gold and has an L Stop just outside the front entrance. |
