Commercial real estate’s recent boom still has some sizzle left. Forecasters at the annual Charlotte Commercial Real Estate Outlook, held by accounting firm GreerWalker and law firm Katten Muchin Roseman, noted planned tax cuts and increased military and infrastructure spending as possible economic stimuli.
