HaSaki Grill, a new hibachi-style grill and sushi restaurant, will open by September in 2,000 SF at the Ally Center uptown. With 80 seats, it'll offer lunch and dinner, and feature patio dining. The menu and restaurant concept is being developed by local restaurateur Chang Ha, who's planning to serve up such classics as grilled chicken, steak, andseafood. (That's Chang in front of a model of the Ally Center in the lobby of the Ally Center. Did we just blow your mind?) HaSaki also will offer a full sushi menu along with a hefty selection of beers and wines. The 16-story Ally Center is at 440 S Church St, near Charlotte's bustling arts district. Chang was repped in lease negotiations by Ligon Commercial Real Estate's Marla Sessoms. Merrifield Patrick Vermillion'sKeely Lane repped the landlord, Trinity Capital Advisors.
