Mr. Darryl B. Dewberry serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Spectrum Properties, Inc. Mr. Dewberry is responsible for playing a lead role in the different operations of the companies. He works with the team leaders to set strategy in each business unit, participates in project strategy meetings, and takes the lead in structuring project debt and equity placements. He works to conceptualize and design projects with Spectrum Properties's partners. He is responsible for the overall planning and operations of Spectrum. He assists owners and Spectrum teams with (i) development of project strategies and market niches to maximize return on investment and (ii) implementing value-added capital improvements for properties to enhance their marketability and value. Previously, Mr. Dewberry was with Equitec Properties Company in Atlanta, where he was responsible for targeting, negotiating, and purchasing southeastern US income-producing properties. Prior to Equitec, he served as an Assistant Vice President of Acquisitions/Dispositions at Synco Properties of Charlotte. He is a Member of the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce Board of Advisors and has been an active member of Habitat for Humanity. Mr. Dewberry graduated Cum Laude from the University of Georgia's honors program with a BBA degree in Finance.

Michael Fallon joined the firm in 2012 and is responsible for developing and executing The Fallon Company’s growth strategy through acquisitions of real estate, development, and investment. As CIO, Michael leads the evaluation and capitalization of the firm’s national real estate portfolio by overseeing development and asset management activities, as well as all risk management efforts. Previously, Michael served as Senior Vice President of The Fallon Company and as a Materials Expediter for Turner Construction of Boston, Massachusetts. During his tenure at Turner he was involved in the scheduling, fabrication, and construction of all major structural components of commercial construction projects. Michael a trustee of The Fallon Company Charitable Foundation and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and European Business and Economics from Boston University, a Masters of Science in Finance from Bentley University and a Masters of Science in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology.

David Jones focuses his practice on real estate development, joint ventures, real estate financing, and real estate debt restructuring and work outs. He represents real estate investors, developers and lenders in the structuring and negotiation of real estate equity and debt financing, including mezzanine debt, and loan restructuring. He also represents owners and developers in the acquisition, development, disposition, and financing of multifamily housing, including affordable housing, as well as office, industrial, and retail properties. He has represented developers in transactions involving both Federal Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits and Federal New Markets Tax Credits. Additionally, he represents real estate developers in negotiating development incentives with local governments, and in the structuring of tax-increment financing and similar transactions.

Argos represents clients in office, land and mixed-use sales and leasing and presently manages approximately 200,000 square feet in commercial real estate assets. Mr. Pappanastos is a 20-year veteran of the Charlotte commercial real estate market. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR) and a habitual recipient of CRCBR’s annual Multi-Million Dollar Club Award, having completed over $100 million in transaction volume since establishing the company in 2005. Pappanastos is a recipient of Business Leader Magazine’s “Movers & Shakers” and the Charlotte Business Journal’s “40 Under 40″ awards. He currently serves as board chair of the non-profit Lakewood Trolley, Inc., on the Community Leadership Council for Yadkin Bank and on the South End Committee, advising Charlotte Center City Partners.

Gordon Beckman, AIA is a Principal and Design Director for John Portman & Associates (Portman). He has built a distinguished career, working nationally and internationally on a broad range of building types, including commercial, civic, transportation, and mixed-use developments. Mr. Beckman’s work reflects his ongoing interest in and examination of, the interdisciplinary connections that structure, technology, environmental concerns and transparency play in next generation architectural thought. His recent work at Portman reflects these values and ideas. Prior to joining the firm in May 2007, Mr. Beckman worked 23 years for Murphy/Jahn as Senior Vice President, Principal Architect, leading some of the firm’s most recognized projects; including Charlemagne in Brussels, Belgium; the Serono Corporate Headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland; Bishopgate Town in London, England; and HALO Corporate Headquarters in Niles, Illinois. Mr. Beckman’s professional experience also includes having taught for the University of Wisconsin and the Illinois Institute of Technology, in addition to participating in numerous design reviews and juries at several Universities. He has been recognized by the AIA and awarded the AIA Henry Adams Medal. Gordon received his Masters of Architecture from the University of Wisconsin.

In addition to her expertise in negotiation, the Winston-Salem native is also known for her unwavering attention to detail and resourcefulness – skills she has honed for the 10+ years she’s been in the industry. The most recent half of her career, was comprised of 6 years with Lincoln Harris Corporate Services on the Bank of America account. While dedicated to this account, she negotiated office lease acquisitions and renewals totaling about 1.9 million square feet in transactions for Bank of America, Merrill Lynch and Bank of America Home Loans locations in North and South Carolina, Tennessee and Georgia. Her experience also includes serving as a Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle, where her clients ranged from blue chip companies such as MetLife, Hyundai America Shipping, and Lincoln Financial Group to local one-person startups. She holds the CCIM designation and is a member of CoreNet, CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), and CRCBR (Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors). Ann-Fleming is licensed in North and South Carolina, Georgia, and Tennessee. She graduated from the University of Georgia's Grady School of Journalism and Mass Communication.

Larry is responsible for the strategy, planning and administration of KDC’s acquisition, leasing and development activities in the Southeast. Prior to joining KDC, Larry was a Regional Vice President with Crescent Resources where he was responsible for the development and acquisition of projects totaling in excess of six million square feet. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Urban Studies at Georgia State University.

Craig is the co-founder of WheelHouse Coworking, a turn-key service-provider of coworking space that partners directly with landlords to deliver coworking centers in landlords' buildings under the uniform WheelHouse brand and on extremely competitive terms to owners. WheelHouse designs, builds, markets, and operates end-to-end operations of each center and maximizes yields for their landlord partners well-beyond those offered by any existing competitor in the flexible office industry. Previously, Craig worked as a transaction manager for London-based commercial real estate firm Source8, where he delivered +500,000 square feet of transactions for Blue Chip clients, including Uber, Microsoft, the IMF, Regus and others, in complex and emerging markets across Sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East and Central and South Asia. Craig is a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill with degrees in Political Science and Foreign Policy, is a Charlotte-native and is highly focused on harnessing the fast pace of growth Charlotte is currently experiencing to ensure long-term, sustainable economic and social progress for the city and region.
