KS Partners has sold its popular 60K SF office complex in one of Boston’s hottest suburban submarkets.

Needham’s Paragon Towers went for $20.8M in a sale to Massachusetts Credit Union Share Insurance Corp. KS Partners had been the building’s owner since 2007. Boston Realty Advisors represented the seller in the sale.

Located at 233 Needham St., the development is centrally located in the suburb’s N-Squared Innovation District. Tech companies like TripAdvisor, Cyber Ark and SharkNinja have flocked to the area in recent years. Media giant NBCUniversal announced in March plans to build a $125M regional headquarters at nearby Needham Crossing at a site that once housed aerospace and defense contractor General Dynamics.
