Boston Business Journal Takes Space At 70 Franklin St

The Boston Business Journal is planning to move into new space on the eighth floor of 70 Franklin St in mid-December. The business publication has occupied a floor of 160 Federal St for about 10 years. It will take more than 8k SF in the Franklin Street building, the Business Journal reports about its own move.

German firm Deka Group acquired the property, which includes office and retail space, this summer for $42M from another German investor, GLL Real Estate Partners. The property is 91% leased, with tenants that include TIAA-CREF and public relations firm Rasky Baerlein Strategic Communications. The retail tenants include Papyrus and Jos. A. Bank Clothiers.
