Prices Revealed for Siena at the Ink Block

Siena at the Ink Block condos in the South End, from developer National Development, will offer units ranging from studio to three-bedroom and will include a rooftop bar. Prices released thus far range from $645k for a 574 SF studio to $2.173M for a two-bedroom, two-bath, 1.7k SF penthouse, Curbed reports. Siena is the latest development in the booming South End’s northeastern corridor, joining the Ink Block's Sepia condo and rental apartment buildings. Architects Elkus Manfredi designed Siena, which is scheduled to open in early 2017[Curbed]
