Chevron Partners acquired the mixed-use 727 Mass Ave in Central Square for $14M from Rink Realty. The 21k SF building is fully occupied by such tenants as Bank of America, InTeahouse (a co-working space specialist) and Dimensional Insight.

The historic property was built in 1910 and owned for many years by the Cambridge Gas-Light Co. Chevron managing partner Marcel Safar said the company will undertake "restoring, preserving and modernizing" the building.

The deal marks Chevron Partners’ fourth acquisition in the Boston market. Other local assets include the Sears’ Crescent Building, 10 Winthrop Square and Maison Vernon. NGKF's Geoffrey Millerd, Justin Smith, Paul Penman and Christopher Peterson repped the seller.
