Paul tells us that he recently signed a CVS and Pier One to 101 Canal St, and he's looking to lease out the remaining 14k SF to a restaurant. The mixed-use development?s apartment portion is 95% leased and benefits from the 250 garden events annually, which attract more than 3M people. |
