Today, the 1875 Hayden Building--the last remaining commercial building by HH Richardson--re-opened after being redeveloped into four luxury rental apartments and retail space. It stood empty in Chinatown for 30 years, until the city, Historic Boston, and The Trilogy Fund (led by the Druker Cos Ron Druker)invested $5.6M to revive it. Trilogys other historic restoration and re-use projects include the 1836 Alvah Kittredge House in Roxbury and the 1865 Vertullo Building in Hyde Park.
