| We snapped H.N.Gorin?s Roz Gorin at the ULI Summit two weeks ago but only Friday had a chance to talk about her real estate activities. Coming from a family with 101 years of experience in Boston property markets, we were curious. She tells us she's searching for offices, and perhaps other CRE, to buy: ?We're having a hard time finding anything.? She says the flood of distressed assets everyone expected has not yet materialized, and may not show up as it did in ?91, ?92. What's coming on the market are stabilized properties with credit worthy tenants. That means, ?Very little, if any, growth in the revenue stream.? |
