When we drove by 303 Congress St. in Fort Point Channel, we figured the big NAI Hunneman sign announcing?office space? meant the building had space to lease. Haha; ?poetic license,? explains Hunneman?s Jeff Becker. Actually, the seven-year-old building with views on the channel and the harbor has been full since the Fort Point Companies opened it. The Class A space rents in the mid to high $30?s compared to the $40?s or $50?s for comparable offices in the Financial District. So what's the sign about? Well, Hunneman?s HQ is there and Becker said, ?We use it to capture audiences like you.? Journalistic entrapment. |
