He tells us that with the development he's already built and the land he owns in the Fenway, he envisions creating a continuous retail corridor from the Fenway through Newbury Street and the Back Bay. Acquisition of Landmark Center adds a major piece to the puzzle with its ground floor retail, offices, cinema, and parking. |
