| Boston's downtown luxury market is a far cry from Plymouth, but signs of a sales pickup may indicate a better year all around. Otis & AhearnReal Estate's Kevin Ahearn tells us high-end downtown sales of new and existing homes have taken a ?big bump.? So far in 2010, $108M in product has closed compared to $63M at this time last year. To Kevin that says, ?The worst is over.? |
