The rise in Boston loans going to special servicers is a reminder that there's a long way to go to resolve the problem loans hovering in the commercial property market. Those who have expected a quick fix may need to rethink that assumption. On the other hand (the one not bailing out underwater properties), Jon tells us the size of Boston's problem is below what it was at the peak and not increasing rapidly. |
