Greene Turtle Sports Bar & Grille has moved its HQ this month from Hanover to Columbia, where it plans to nearly double its space.

The restaurant chain will take up 7k SF at 6990 Columbia Gateway Drive, the Baltimore Business Journal reports.

The company signed a seven-year lease and spent $200k on the build-out. Greene Turtle had moved to Anne Arundel County's Hanover three years ago but quickly outgrew its space.

The sports bar has 43 outposts, both franchised and company-owned, in Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, West Virginia, Washington, DC, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York. The company is looking to add new locations in North Carolina, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. The new office includes a test kitchen, high top tables and a patio. [BBJ]
