Downtown Partnership of Baltimore president Kirby Fowler, Waterfront Partnership prez Laurie Schwartz, Turner Development's Pat Turner, and Ekistics CEO Caroline Moore were among those at The Inner Harbor Project director Celia Neustadt's (second from left) presentation of T he Inner Harbor: A Brighter Future last night at West Shore Park. Celia's been researching how the public space is used and how to broaden its appeal to locals and tourists alike despite youth violence in the area. In addition to promoting dialogue between youth and police and local storeowners, she recommends including outlets for youth in the Inner Harbor Master Plan. Caroline points out that good things for the Inner Harbor (which she calls Baltimore's first love and the beating heart of Downtown) mean good things for the city and its businesses.
