BREAKING NEWS: GREENS AT IRVINGTON MEWS BREAKS GROUND
Enterprise Homes has broken ground on 100 affordable seniors housing units across from Mt. St. Joseph High School in Irvington.

Enterprise CEO Chickie Grayson (right) says the project fills a hole for up-to-date, affordable housing for seniors. Financing for the $15.8M project comes from debt and LIHTC equity from Capital One, Baltimore City HOME funds, Neighborhood Stabilization Program money, and Enterprise equity. We snapped this pic with AGM Financial Services CEO Margaret Allen at Bisnow's Baltimore Affordable Housing Summit earlier this year.

There'll be 18 two-bedroom units and 82 one-bedrooms, all serving seniors and disabled people who make 50% of the area median income or less. It'll also have 5,000 SF of common space (fitness room, computer center, lounge, community room, and a hospitality suite). Harkins Builders is putting up the Hord Coplan Macht-designed building, and Habitat America will manage the property, which will deliver by year's end.
