Leading By Example With Facebook Global Business Group VP Katherine Shappley

Placeholder

Business leaders across the country are struggling to balance the needs of their clients with the well-being of their employees, and Katherine Shappley understands how difficult that balance can be. Not only is Shappley vice president of Facebook’s Global Business group, where she helps millions of small businesses leverage Facebook to connect to their customers, she is also the head of Facebook’s Austin office, where she manages more than 1,500 employees. As the coronavirus throws the business world into chaos, how are people like Shappley managing to help both their clients and their staff?

Join Bisnow for a discussion with Shappley about the challenges of leading a team with calmness and empathy in the midst of a pandemic. During this webinar, we will learn how Shappley is maintaining a healthy work-life balance while managing from home, how she is changing her business strategy during this crisis, and the innovative ways Facebook is working to reach out to communities and helping small businesses stay connected. There will also be time for questions.

This free Bisnow webinar will take place on April 29 at 1 p.m. ET. Register here
