Three Tracts Sold At 1400 Sonterra

San Antonio Commercial Advisors’ Paul Fagan repped CLDC Texas in its sale of three land tracts at the 1400 Sonterra development in far north central San Antonio.

CLDC originally owned almost 300 acres, most of which is occupied by Walmart, Costco and the Methodist Stone Oak Hospital. Only nine acres remain available as the area has experienced strong growth since CLDC obtained the land in 1993

The sales included:

  • 3.84 acres to CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Health Care. CHRISTUS Santa Rosa (repped by Endura Advisory Group's Paul Barker) is developing plans for the site.
  • 1.62 acres to Brundage Mini Storages, which will build a 600-unit, climate-controlled storage facility. Brundage Management Co's Bert Denson repped the buyer.
  • 4.38 acres to a buyer who intends to make a more detailed announcement when its development plan is finalized.
