    The fabled $2/SF apartment rents aren't really a fable anymore. We're now breaking through $2.50/SF rents on some of the most tony intown apartment towers. In some cases, some select units are achieving an even higher number, according to Haddow & Co. The firm that tracks multifamily performance with the CBD has a list of the Top 10 apartments with the highest quoted rental rates. While those specific rents were not revealed, Haddow's Ladson Haddow tells us the top average rent is $2.60/SF, and it goes down from there. Here are the Top 10:
