Midtown Warehouse Getting Razed For Apartments

Scott Equipment Company of Georgia's facility is facing the wrecking ball to make way for another Midtown mixed-use project. Alliance Residential submitted permits to raze 1086 Howell Mill Road, a single-story brick warehouse facility that has been the longtime home of the Atlanta industrial equipment provider. As we previously reported here, Alliance plans to develop Broadstone West Midtown, a 212k SF apartment mixed-use complex with 275 units.
