Here's an exclusive first look at Pollack Shores plans for the former Bobby & June's Kountry Kitchen site in Midtown. As Bisnow first reported, the prolific multifamily developer filed a rezoning plan with the City of Atlanta to transform the retail parcel into a mixed-use project. Pollack Shores' Tyler Gaines tells us the firm is eyeing a 275-unit apartment project with 10k SF of retail at 375 14th St, with the existing Jimmy John's relocated to the new project.

In recent months, Pollack Shores has been pursuing new apartment projects throughout the Southeast, including 1270 Spring in Midtown; the 111-unit ECHO at North Point Center on Westside Parkway in Alpharetta; and projects in both Orlando and South Tampa. The site is home to the old-style wood-framed Kountry Kitchen restaurant that shuttered its doors in 2010 after more than 30 years in business.
