State Farm Developers Pursuing North Fulton Office At Mixed-Use Project

The developer of State Farm's massive office campus in Central Perimeter has set its sights on another Atlanta project along Georgia 400.

KDC has been tapped to help develop the office portion of the planned $400M Windward Park mixed-use development. KDC, along with Worthington Hyde Partners and Transwestern, is marketing an 8-acre parcel at the 48-acre site off Windward Parkway and Georgia 400 in North Fulton County for two 250K SF office buildings.

“The market is prime for build-to-suit development and interest is strong,” KDC Regional Vice President Alex Chambers said.

KDC is developing State Farm's campus off Interstate 285 and Ashford-Dunwoody Road in Central Perimeter that, when complete, will include three office towers totaling more than 1.6M SF for the insurance giant.

Aside from the office buildings, Windward Park will have a full-service, 249-room Hilton hotel developed by Chartwell Hospitality, 200 condominiums, more than 190 townhouses developed by Lennar Corp. and a 31K SF retail village.
