Sister Louisa's Church Of The Boutique Hotel & Room Service?

Apparently, the owner of one of Atlanta's most unique bars is serious about transforming an aged former girls school into a boutique hotel. Sister Louisa's Church of the Living Room & Ping Pong Emporium's Grant Henry has been touring the Peachtree Circle Apartments, a 90-unit complex that was built in 1914 as the Woodberry Hall School for Girls, Curbed reports. Grant, famed for his Edgewood Ave bar that we recently declared one of Atlanta's eight most unique experiences, appears to be even more interested in this new project, having recently toured the property with some "preservationist/developer friend."

"The location is insane. This building must be saved, but [it] will take the love of the neighborhood, possible variances from the city, as well as a lot of money," he told Curbed. The apartments are up for sale with bids due April 1. [Curbed]
