Noble Investments is culling two of its Atlanta hotels.
NY-based American Realty Capital Hospitality Trust purchased a portfolio of 13 Noble hotels from the Atlanta-based company spread out in such markets as Fort Worth, Chicago, Minneapolis and Atlanta. In filings with the SEC, American Realty revealed the Atlanta properties it's buying from Noble: Hyatt House Cobb Galleria (149 keys) and Hyatt Place Atlanta Perimeter Center (150 keys). The $300M buy, closing in three phases between November and next March, will give American Realty nearly 2,000 new hotel rooms in its portfolio.
