Want to get a jump-start on upcoming deals? Meet the major Atlanta players at one of our upcoming events!
Atlanta construction magnate Nancy Juneau offered a peek into a host of projects her firm is working on during this morning's Bisnow Leaders in Commercial Real Estate event, including an all-metal mixed-use project on Howell Mill.
Nancy says that project—Star Metals Atlanta—is in pre-construction with developer Alan Morris and will include nine stories with metal studding. Other projects on Juneau's list include: 400 units of apartments at the Palisades in Central Perimeter with Pollack Shores; 300 units with Cortland Partners at Avondale MARTA Station redevelopment: and, of course, The Battery Atlanta at SunTrust Park.
Nancy was part of a lineup of women leaders in real estate that included Eastwood Real Estate's Christine Gorham, Cooper Carry's Kimberly Rousseau and Pope & Land Enterprises' Jennifer Koontz, who told our audience of more than 150 CRE pros that she's “hunting whales” to be able to kick off the 200 City View and Northwinds Summit office projects.
