WHERE THERE'S SMOKE . . .
Fuma Shisha

From the Department of Irony: A cigar shop will fill the void at the Lenox Square Mall left by a teeth-whitening outlet. The new store, called Fuma Shisha, is now being built out. One of the shop?s signs touts it as ?your upscale cigar shop,? while another warns those under 18 to keep out. This should add a new flavor to the Buckhead mall, which is home to Apple, Bloomingdale?s, Neiman Marcus, and Macy?s. No word yet what Brett ?Mr. Schmooze? Hunsaker, head of Grubb & Ellis Atlanta and member of Buckhead Cigar Club at Dantanna?s across the street, thinks of a new smoke shop.

Speaking of Lenox Square, Corporate Office Centers—one of the largest executive office business center operators in the country— announced this week its latest location at the Lenox Building in Buckhead. The Lenox Building?s direct access to unparalleled amenities and MARTA made it the ideal place for a new location, the company says. The Arlington, Texas, firm signed a 10-year lease for about 21K SF in the building last year and has been busy creating executive office spaces for its clients.
