WHEN "COULD BE WORSE" IS GREAT NEWS
reis rents concessions 2011 sandy springs north fulton frank farrell ackerman
Office building rents have dropped and are bouncing along the bottom, according to the latest data from Reis concerning the North Fulton and Sandy Springs office market. At the same time, concessions are easing slightly. Ackerman & Co's Frank Farrell has also seen that trend. ?The market has certainly stopped getting worse.? He says some big users out looking for space, which may have helped to reduce concessions. ?But again, we're talking about degrees here,? he says, adding the market has not shown dramatic improvements.
