Here's a little more info on that TeamStaff HQ at the 1776 building. The company moved its HQ from New Jersey, surrendering its lease there at ?no charge? for the new lease at 1776 ?at a  lower initial cost  per square foot,? according to SEC documents. Good deal, we'd say.

Parks IP Law inked a  six-year deal for 6,000 SF at 730 Midtown on Peachtree Street. Ackerman & Co's Chitra Subbarayan represented the law firm, while Lincoln Property's  Leigh Braswell  represented the landlord, Colony Realty Partners. The deal means Parks IP will move from Central Perimeter, where it currently is housed in 1117 Perimeter Center West.

Berman Fink Van Horn PC has inked a deal for nearly  11k SF  at Prominence in Buckhead. CresaPartners' Billy Hobbs  and  David Rubenstein brokered the deal for the firm, which is vacating the Ivy Place building in Building. JLL's  Jeff Bellamy  represented the landlord.

Walmart's first Walmart Neighborhood Markets (its 41,400 SF grocery-only store) is finally entering the Atlanta market with its first store at 1137 Powder Springs Road in the Bellemeade Shopping Center in a  former Food Depot site.

Speaking of the new Walmart site, across the street TitleMax just leased 2,400 SF  at 1120 Powder Springs Rd in Marietta, a former fast foot restaurant owned by Newburger-Andes (represented here by the partners Steve Farrar  and  David Andes).

TALK International signed a direct lease for 4,500 SF at 1447 Peachtree St, or affectionately known as The Silhouette Midtown building. The language school was represented by CresaPartners'Wes Vaughan  and  Matthew Cheezam from its Florida Office. CBCO Real Estate's  Carla Bass represented the landlord Day Capital Partners.

Bullock Mannelly Partners' Patrick Laughlin brokered the sale of seven acres  along Douglas Hill Road near Camp Creek Parkway to Douglas County, which will build a  new fire station.

Jones Lang LaSalle's newest multifamily team of David Gtting  and Derrick Bloom  helped broker the sale of AMLI at Barrett Walk in Kennesaw to Pearlmark Real Estate Partners. JLL's SVP Vince Lefler  and  Porter Jones also assisted with the deal. The price for the  290-unit complex was not disclosed.

BVT just sold an  842k SF retail portfolio, half of which were properties in Atlanta, to Multi-Employer Property Trust. The $130M transaction involved 10 properties, including Bethany Village in Alpharetta, Dean Taylor Crossing in Suwanee, Kedron Village in Peachtree City, Tree Summit Village in Duluth, and West Cobb Marketplace in Marietta. CB Richard Ellis' Chris Decoufl  brokered the sale.
