| Score another one for Cousins Properties. We snapped this of Terminus 200 (straining our necks a little in the process), which just secured Cedar Creek Advisors to a 5,300 SF lease. While small, it helps Cousins achieve a big milestone, putting the 564K SF tower at the corner of Piedmont and Peachtree roads, at 60% leased a year after build-out. |
