|Sources tell us Subaru leased 300k SF at the former JVC distribution center at 9000 Riverside Pkwy in New Manchester Business Park. The move expands its operations in Atlanta from its 100k SF facility at 220 The Bluffs in Austell. The automotive company did confirm yesterday (a few hours before the fireworks) that it's expanding its warehouse operations but did not provide details. CBRE's Wit Truitt is repping Subaru, but declined to comment. Colliers International's Sean Boswell, who leases New Manchester, also declined to comment.|
