Triple-net king Stan Johnson Co has finally landed an Atlanta office director.
Joey Odom was named this week and has
packed up and moved from Stan Johnson's Tulsa office. (At least it won't be much of a temperature change) Joey, 33, says Stan Johnson—which solely focuses on the brokering investment sales of triple-net properties—has a
"player-coach" model, which means he'll be just as active in deals as his staff.
Here's Joey with his wife
Cristin and kids
Harrison, five, and
Gianna, three. The fam just closed on a house in East Cobb. And his hobbies include "
unpacking boxes, both in my office and in my house." He does warn everyone that, when it comes to college football, he will always be
"Sooner born and bred." (Maybe that'll change when he sees a couple of deep balls from Aaron Murray and the 2013 Dawgs.) As for the triple-net market, things have really heated up. Pricing has spiked from just a handful of years ago, with
caps having dropped 200 bps since the peak. "Some guys are getting
priced out, but supply is so low right now, and demand is so high,
they're going to have to pay up."
