| Wasn't it only yesterday we mentioned that retail real estate investments could get hot again this year? Well, in a beautifully timed coincidence, we were told today that Southlake II (pictured here), a 117K SF neighborhood shopping center next to Southlake Mall, just traded hands to Asherian Properties. CB Richard Ellis' Craig Taylor brokered the $4.7M sale on behalf of Stafford Properties. Clothing retailer K&G Men & Women and Farmers Furniture are among the major anchors of the center. |
