Rare Find In Sandy Springs

One of the few developable parcels in Sandy Springs City Center could fetch more than $8M. (Once it's gone, we'll try and sell our flower pot to a developer, and take a wrecking ball to the tulip.)

We found Lee & Associates' Steve Massell  off the Okeefenokee Swamp, contemplating 14 acres he put together, bounded by Allen Road, Lake Forrest Drive, and Sandy Springs Circle, just north of I-285. The property—owned by many long-time area families—is listed for more than $8M and targeted for  mixed-use that could involve townhomes, mid-rise apartments, seniors housing, or cluster home developments. "A savvy developer could probably work  tax credits and lower that front-end investment over time," he says. Steve, who joined Lee & Associates last year and is the son of former Atlanta Mayor Sam Massell, also recently helped RevenueMed secure an 7,700 SF lease at Da Vinci Court in Norcross and Indigo Payments an 8k SF office at 2000 RiverEdge Pkwy.
