PRGX Global To Hit Market With Smaller RFP

One of 600 Galleria Parkways big tenants is getting ready to hit the market in a smaller way. We learned from SEC filings that PRGX Global Incs 132k SF office at 600 Galleria is set to expire in December next year. The firm has tapped Cushman & Wakefield to represent them, but no official RFP has hit the street. PRGX details that it has subleased 58k SF of space within its office to various other tenants, and sources say once the company does hit the market, its requirement will be far less than the 132k SF it currently uses.
