| Speaking of Gwinnett (and JLL for that matter) another sizable deal was done there, specifically in the Peachtree Corners submarket. New Prosys inked a two-floor deal at 6575 The Corners Pkwy, moving from a smaller building nearby at 49 Avalon Ridge. The Wesley Co's Tom Wesley repped the company in its 42k SF lease, while JLL's Adam Viente brokered it for the landlord, LaSalle Investment Management. |
