| Speaking of the Hines Speaker Series event (look for our coverage tomorrow), we ran into Lee & Associates' Travis Peck who told us he just got the listing for 209 Pryor St, a 58k SF empty office building he's offering for lease or for sale (at $50/SF). 209 Pryor will be marketed toward non-profit firms, secured storage operators, and even the government—due to its being two blocks from the State Capitol building: ?It's a Class-C building, but it's got great bones.? |
