| Michael Bull is very curious what some of the area's top industrial minds think about the economy and the coming presidential election. The founder of Bull Realty and local radio personality has been tapped as moderator for tomorrow's Bisnow Atlanta Industrial Summit at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta Buckhead (hurry; tickets are almost gone). While most business events stay out of the world ofpolitics, Michael says there's a real sense that the elections could make or break this economy, and he plans to ask panelists their thoughts. "I don't think we're going to see a lot of change in the market until we get past the election,? he says. Companies are holding their cash until some form of certainty returns, particularly with a 'pro-business' administration." |
