LEASING IN NORCROSS

| Several months after SugarOak purchased two office parks in Norcross, Crossings Center IV (53K SF) and Crossings Center VI(110K SF), the Virginia-based owner has announced good news on the leasing front: four renewals and one new tenant, Prime Point, a firm specializing in alternative outdoor advertising, which took 2,400 SF. Long-term, SugarOak plans to revitalize the properties (starting with making sure the leaves don't turn red in the summer. Oh, wait, perhaps we grabbed an old picture?) |
